Vegan Ranch Dressing
1 cup raw cashews (soaked)
½ cup filtered water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
¾ teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Salt to taste
Soak cashews in warm water 5-8 hours or hot water 30 minutes.
In a blender combine raw cashews, filtered water, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and No Harm No Cow Ranch Dressing & Seasoning Mix. Blend 30 seconds or until smooth.
Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate 30 minutes until thickened. Stir before serving.
